Serve as primary compliance reviewer for Speaker Programs.
Verify documentation, financial data, and entries meet client policies and SLAs.
Partner with Program Planners to resolve discrepancies and closeouts.
Complete detailed reconciliation of program financials (meal breakouts, FFS, OOP, costs, speaker fees).
Ensure compliance documentation is stored and audit-ready.
Maintain records to support internal, client, and regulatory audits.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years in pharma compliance programs.
Knowledge of PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, HIPAA.
HMCC or similar cert preferred (or obtainable within 6 months).
Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook; Salesforce; SurveyMonkey; Adobe PDF.
