Analyze app and DB (RDS/MySQL) performance issues.
Investigate performance issues (Java, Grails, Hibernate) root causes.
Monitor SaaS apps and infra (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, VPN, ElasticSearch, MySQL) for alerts.
On-call escalations; communicate with customers as needed.
Develop and maintain runbooks and knowledge base for incidents.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years IT/Cloud ops and Java app support; AWS/Azure.
Strong app support (Java, Grails, Hibernate) and performance analysis.
Kubernetes on AWS/Azure; cloud concepts and services.
FedRamp experience (AWS Gov/Azure Gov); US citizen.
End-to-end ownership; 24/7 on-call readiness.
