Platform Staff Engineer- Universal Directory

📋 Description

• Understand identity management codebase, Jira, design reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and implement frameworks and tooling for Universal Directory Service platform.
• Design and implement distributed, scalable, fault-tolerant software components.
• Quickly deliver high-quality bug fixes and handle customer-reported issues.
• Conduct quality code reviews and automated testing.
• Partner with Product, QA, and SRE for scoping development and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Java development with Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years building services, internal tools, and frameworks.
• 3+ years automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS or GCP.
• Hands-on SQL database experience.
• Experience with monolithic to microservices architectures.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
