π― Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a ticketing, live events, operations, or customer support role
- Administrative experience with ticketing software and troubleshooting within a platform
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with digital platforms
- Clear communicator in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new systems and improving processes
- Preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones
