  • Contribute to the technical implementation of new clients

  • Process special ticket operations requests (account/order resolution, pricing, offers)

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a ticketing, live events, operations, or customer support role
  • Administrative experience with ticketing software and troubleshooting within a platform
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with digital platforms
  • Clear communicator in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new systems and improving processes
  • Preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones
