Platform Regulatory Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable assurance frameworks designed to satisfy global regulatory scrutiny.
• Translate legislative requirements into concrete, defensible processes and controls.
• Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements and control trends.
• Identify risk gaps and coordinate remediation with Legal, Trust & Safety, Eng, Privacy, and Product.
• Serve as primary contact and lead for external audits and third-party assessments.
• Monitor evolving internet regulations to keep the framework robust and future-proof.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, or Risk Management in tech.
• Experience supporting platform regulatory advisory and assurance (EU DSA, UK OSA).
• Collaborative leader and proactive problem-solver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Clear, persuasive communicator capable of translating regulatory mandates for diverse functions.
• Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CIPP/E are preferred.
