Plan, create, and execute on-road validation test cases for AV platform performance.
Create, maintain, and manage test cases in Zephyr for repeatable coverage.
Analyze on-road metrics to identify trends, regressions, edge cases.
Review simulation scenarios to validate autonomous behavior at a high level.
Travel domestically and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Mapping.
Provide detailed reports and technical notes to support issue triage.

🎯 Requirements

Enthusiasm for the AV industry and safety/mobility.
Experience in the automotive industry or a fleet.
Basic understanding of Linux and scripting languages.
Exemplary organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work AM/PM hours and weekends as needed.
