Deliver desk-side and small-group training on client data and analytics tools.
Run in-person or virtual training sessions with scenario-based exercises.
Observe workflows and translate insights into dashboards and apps.
Build relationships, identify gaps, and propose new platform uses.
Create dashboards and analytics products; coach users on questions and workflows.
Provide implementation support; triage requests; collaborate with engineering.

🎯 Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Strong analytical skills; shape problems into questions/workflows.
Technical foundation with Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Able to work with government stakeholders; briefing leaders is a plus.
Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.
