- Monitor KPIs; diagnose issues; coordinate with internal teams and partners
- Support or lead quarterly business reviews; influence growth initiatives
- Share customer feedback with Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships
π― Requirements
- At least 5 years in customer success or partnerships (mid-market/enterprise)
- Experience managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product to director level
- Lead technical conversations and influence internal/external teams
- Proven track record of revenue-based targets and account expansion
- Outstanding verbal and written communication with partners
- Familiarity with API-driven products
