• 8+ years engineering experience; 2+ years managing high-performance engineers.
• Deeply customer-obsessed; able to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Shepherd ideas; sharpen hypotheses; scale vs pause decisions with reasoning.
• Excel at cross-functional execution with engineering, product, research, and GTM.
• Build inclusive team mechanics: rotations, mentorship, scoped ownership.
