Platform Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Platform Engineering Team.
• Design and evolve the self-service IDP: CI/CD, IaC, K8s, and monitoring.
• Treat IDP as a product: run user interviews, maintain roadmap, measure velocity.
• Embed secure development hygiene and AI-augmented workflows.
• Collaborate with SRE so IDP is reliable in production with shared ownership.
• Eliminate toil; enable self-serve deployments, scaling, and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building internal platforms or developer-experience tools at scale.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, GitOps, IaC, and self-service portals.
• Product-management mindset with roadmap ownership and feedback loops.
• Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows with human oversight.
• Familiarity with secure development hygiene (NIST 800-218).
• Cloud-native, automation-first engineering culture.
• Strong leadership.
