Platform Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Platform Engineering Team.
• Design, deliver, evolve the self-service IDP: CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes.
• Treat IDP as a product: interviews, roadmap, velocity metrics.
• Embed secure hygiene and AI-augmented workflows with human-in-the-loop.
• Collaborate with SRE to ensure production reliability.
• Eliminate toil; enable self-serve deployments, scaling, observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building internal platforms or dev-experience tools at scale.
• Background in Kubernetes, GitOps, IaC, and self-service portals.
• Product-management mindset with roadmap ownership and feedback loops.
• Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows with human-in-the-loop.
• Familiarity with secure development hygiene (NIST 800-218).
• Cloud-native, automation-first engineering culture.
• Strong leadership.
