Foster a culture of reliability across Speakeasy's engineering org.
Design and implement deployments, upgrades, rollbacks, and postmortem processes.
Join core engineering and participate in on-call rotation to handle incidents.
Build monitoring systems to ensure high-quality service.
Debug production issues across all services and stack levels.

Ability to learn and work across the stack from backend to frontend.
Own the full lifecycle: build, ship, run support, maintain infra, measure impact.
Track record of improving reliability and uptime.
Comfort in a talent-dense team of ex-founders and domain experts.
Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
Ability to work in person in our San Francisco Office.
