🎯 Requirements

- Track record shipping 0→1 platform capabilities.
- Owned customer-adjacent technical work end-to-end—from scoping to deployment.
- Built or operated reliable, secure, governed systems (permissions/RBAC, observability, etc).
- Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, product, GTM, and execs.
- Systems thinking; translate feedback into reusable platform requirements.
