Own critical parts of the platform; identify bottlenecks and drive reliability at scale.
Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code.
Build monitoring and observability to understand system health and performance.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure fast, secure and reliable systems.

🎯 Requirements

Automation-first mindset (IaC, monitoring).
Kubernetes in production.
Public cloud experience (ideally AWS).
Autonomy to move without constant direction.
Communicate clearly with engineers across teams.
Strong CS fundamentals and system design.
