Platform Engineer, AI Tooling

📋 Description

• Implement custom agent skills, subagents, hooks, and plugins for engineering workflows.
• Build agentic workflows to automate coding lifecycle: code generation, verification, testing, delivery.
• Assist teams to adopt and customize AI coding tools; pair prompts, debug agents, ship useful skills.
• Wire AI into CI/CD: automated PR review, doc generation, test scaffolding, bug triage.
• Build the observability layer: usage telemetry, cost dashboards, audit logs for AI-driven changes.
• Design and run evaluations for agent workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer building production systems and platforms.
• Daily user of AI coding tools with customization (skills, rules, subagents, MCP).
• Working knowledge of MCP and safe exposure of internal tools to AI agents.
• Anthropic API knowledge (preferred) or equivalents: tool use, structured outputs, streaming.
• Strong backend skills: TypeScript or Python, REST APIs, async, relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Experience with AWS.
