Build and maintain backend platform services for internal teams
Develop internal libraries and tooling with Go and Python
Design and operate auth, PKI, and secure data storage/transit
Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability
Deploy and manage microservices in Kubernetes environments
Design and manage IaC and deployment workflows with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD)

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years backend software engineering
2+ years platform, infrastructure, or DevOps
Strong experience with Go and/or Python
Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
Terraform and Helm (IaC)
CI/CD with GitOps, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions
