  • Act as trusted advisor, deploying Five9 software through the project lifecycle.
  • Lead discovery, design, configuration, and deployment for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Design solutions, create docs, and configure Five9 per customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot software solutions across configurations and environments.
  • Provide customized training to ensure customers understand their solution.
  • Demonstrate Five9 Professional Services value via demos and discussions with customers and prospects.
  • Work a permanent night shift schedule in EST hours.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Professional Services; cloud/telephony implementation experience.
  • Strong SaaS experience and operating in a SaaS model.
  • Experience implementing SaaS contact center solutions (NiCE/Genesys/Talkdesk); Five9 deployment preferred.
  • ACD/IVR scripting and development; expressions, functions, and web services.
  • Integrations requiring code development (JavaScript, XML, HTML).
  • CRM/lead management knowledge: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable configuration recommendations.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
