- Deep knowledge of CS Managers, Technical Account Managers, and PS teams in SaaS.
- Ability to design processes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- BA/BS required; MA/MBA is a plus.
- Proficient in Japanese preferred.
