- Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Assist in resolving bottlenecks and workflow challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Engineering or related field preferred.
- 7-10 years in manufacturing, production, logistics, or industrial operations.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing production or logistics teams.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, steel fabrication, or substation industries preferred.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing ops, production scheduling, and logistics.
