Provide electrical support for PCBA, system-level devices, and production equipment.
Hands-on troubleshooting at board, system, and equipment levels.
Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation in GMP-regulated environments.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Identify electrical/process improvements to reduce downtime and boost yield.
Serve as onsite SPOC for electrical engineering topics.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in manufacturing/production environments
Hands-on PCBA troubleshooting and electrical systems
RCA and debugging/issue resolution experience
Familiarity with oscilloscopes and multimeters
GMP knowledge; Fluent English; based in Juarez, MX
