- Own the financial and inventory strategy for the Socks Sport & Compression category.
- Build pre-season plans and in-season forecasts to drive revenue.
- Re-project buys dynamically based on performance to maximize revenue.
- Own SKU-level inventory health and monitor style performance.
- Develop a 12–18 month inventory view that adapts to shifts.
- Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Operations to align planning.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or retail buying.
- Demonstrated ownership of a category, business unit, or revenue stream.
- Strong retail math and analytics with Excel and Google Suite.
- Experience re-forecasting in-season and adjusting buys based on performance.
- Comfort working across Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Experience with Toolio or comparable planning systems preferred.
