Planner Training Lead (26-208)

📋 Description

• Lead training for Planner/Ops systems
• Manage workflow and training development for the Planner team
• Support Training Team Lead in objectives and deliverables
• Coordinate with ARTs to plan training dependencies in cycles
• Author iteration plans for Planner training work
• Serve as SME for the program's Planner applications
• Support training events, exercises, and test activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Develop training materials for end users
• Deliver training to Regional or Combatant Command users
• Prepare plans, communications, and training documentation
• Represent the National Team in deployed training activities
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for operational users
• Support travel requirements for mission activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Planner/Ops systems and Missile Defense
• Technical expertise in mission apps and interactive training for Missile Defense Agency users
• Experience in adult learning, education, and/or training environments
• Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end users
• Experience supporting Agile development in collaborative environments
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefing, training, and docs
