This position supports the end-to-end transaction lifecycle by coordinating documents, timelines, and communications between clients, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to ensure accurate closings and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction timelines, documentation, and deadlines.
• Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and closing documents.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings.
• Maintain organized files and enter data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative or coordination experience (real estate or corporate transactions a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM/document management tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville and collaborate across teams.
