🎯 Requirements
- Proven ability to plug into and improve existing systems; lean processes.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- 2+ years’ experience in an operations role (real estate preferred).
- Must have listing management/transaction coordination experience.
🎁 Benefits
- Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000/year plus potential bonuses.
- Full-time in-office, Mon–Fri; occasional evenings/weekends for events.
