🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant insurance product experience.
- 4+ years of functional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (business/math/finance).
- Prior insurance product management with state P&Ls, regulations, and product requirements.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with rate-making, forecasting, and modeling.
