📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area.
• Drive cross-team AI cluster initiatives (thousands to 100k machines).
• Define infra architecture and solve hard problems.
• Partner with cloud providers to shape compute and infra strategy.
• Establish and evolve incident response and on-call practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Led complex, multi-quarter initiatives across multiple teams
• Can set technical direction for a team
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, reliability, and cloud (Kubernetes, IaC, AWS/GCP)
• Proficient in at least one systems language (Python, Rust, Go, Java)
• Uplevel engineers and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
