We’re looking for a lead procurement manager to drive strategic sourcing, lead vendor negotiations and support procurement workflows in our Florida office. In this role, you'll get a chance to work with our awesome global teams across finance, legal, and operations.

Your new adventure: Lead the sourcing, negotiation and selection process for globally diverse vendors, with a focus on SaaSCollaborate with legal to ensure contracts meet company policies and legal standardsReview and approve purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and completenessIdentify and drive cost-saving opportunities without compromising business needsPartner with finance to develop and manage procurement budgetsTrack and report on spend and savings to support cost control and complianceWork closely with teams like operations, marketing and IT to understand their needs and deliver timely procurement solutionsEnsure compliance with procurement policies, regulations and ethical sourcing practicesMaintain accurate procurement records and supplier contracts for audit and reporting purposesAnalyze and improve procurement workflows in a multi-national environmentLead and mentor the procurement team to foster collaboration and performanceProvide training and regular feedback to support team development Does this sound like you? At least five years of experience in procurement or supply chain managementAt least two years in a procurement leadership roleStrong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies and contract managementProven ability to lead procurement in a multi-national, geographically dispersed teamExperience negotiating contracts and building supplier partnershipsProficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (NetSuite and Coupa are a plus)Strong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentA goal-oriented mindset and collaborative approachGreat communication skills and openness to feedbackA bachelor’s degree in business, procurement or a related field Why Pipedrive?
