🎯 Requirements

- Proven record drafting and negotiating complex vendor/customer agreements and partnerships (AI tools).
- Deep understanding of SaaS agreements, licensing, and tech terms.
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Evaluate legal/commercial risks and provide practical advice.
- Create and optimize standard templates and contracting processes.
