📋 Description

  • Draft, negotiate, and close global commercial agreements (customer/vendor).
  • Guide on transaction structure, risk, and negotiations with internal teams.
  • Draft and negotiate non-standard agreements aligned with policies and risk.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Product, InfoSec, and Data Protection.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of commercial contracting experience (tech or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven record drafting and negotiating complex vendor/customer agreements and partnerships (AI tools).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS agreements, licensing, and tech terms.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate legal/commercial risks and provide practical advice.
  • Create and optimize standard templates and contracting processes.
