📋 Description

  • Serve as technical point of contact for prospects and demos
  • Partner with Account Executives to win strategic deals
  • Act as a technical consultant, addressing queries and designing solutions
  • Maintain deep technical understanding of the Pinwheel platform
  • Scope and execute PoC projects with the customer success team
  • Own RFP responses

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering in a B2B SaaS business
  • Experience with SMB & Enterprise customers (banks/fintechs a plus)
  • Passion for APIs and database systems and complex problem solving
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Scrappy, creative problem solving in ambiguity
