- Capacity planning experience in People/HR or G&A.
- Strong strategic planning; multi-quarter roadmap to Book of Work.
- Advanced analytics and data modeling; turn data into insights.
- Designing and governing reporting dashboards; exec narratives.
- Stakeholder mgmt; influence without authority.
- Complex change management; migrate Book of Work to Asana.
