- Establish, maintain and evolve Pinterest’s privacy program, policies and practices
- Conduct privacy risk assessments for new and existing features
- Support privacy-by-design, data minimization and responsible data use
- Support privacy incident responses: investigations and regulatory notifications
- Monitor compliance and develop audit plans to identify and fix gaps
- Maintain data inventories and records of processing activities
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, Security, Product to integrate privacy requirements
- Support responses to regulatory inquiries, privacy audits and internal assessments
- Support Commercial Legal team in reviewing and negotiating DPA terms with third-party processors
🎯 Requirements
- Deep privacy/compliance expertise with GDPR and CCPA knowledge
- Expertise in program management and working on cross-functional projects
- Experience in technology or digital media environments
- Strong communicator with experience in translating complex privacy risks to non-legal audiences
- Committed to continued learning and growth in privacy and data protection
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Information Security, or equivalent
- Professional privacy certifications (such as CIPP or CIPM) are a plus
