📋 Description

  • Drive rigorous measurement and learning for Pinterest’s top North American retail clients.
  • Act as day-to-day measurement contact for strategic global advertisers; lead strategy and learning.
  • Answer complex measurement questions; deploy analytics tools to understand retailers and grow Pinterest.
  • Explain measurement concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; translate into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify gaps in measurement knowledge and capabilities; lead cross-functional programs to close them.
  • Lead end-to-end measurement initiatives; manage milestones and package insights for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital ads measurement in tech, agency, retail, or research.
  • Deep experience with omnichannel advertisers and trust-building; able to shape learning agendas.
  • Proven track record using strategic measurement to drive growth via iterative tests.
  • Expert in measurement concepts and stats: attribution, incrementality, site analytics, MMM.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python; able to analyze ads performance with data tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $145,747 – $300,067 USD; equity eligible.
