- Experience as a quota-exceeding BDR.
- Metrics-driven; hits daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Strong executive presence; maintains confidentiality and ethics.
- Expert with Salesforce and tools (Outreach, Gong) to drive productivity.
- Proven ability to hire and train new reps.
