  • Build, manage, and coach a BDR team to generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline.
  • Lead a motivated, high-achieving team; hire, train, and mentor.
  • Manage outbound team performance daily, weekly, and monthly to meet quotas.
  • Partner with Growth, RevOps and Marketing to report on leads, pipeline, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the RVP of Sales to rollout prospecting strategies.
  • Monitor metrics against goals and propose proactive solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years managing a team of SDRs/BDRs (growth-stage experience preferred).
  • Experience as a quota-exceeding BDR.
  • Metrics-driven; hits daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Strong executive presence; maintains confidentiality and ethics.
  • Expert with Salesforce and tools (Outreach, Gong) to drive productivity.
  • Proven ability to hire and train new reps.
