• Create a safe, celebratory ear piercing experience with clear client communication.
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure safety of surfaces, instruments, and supplies.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care.
• Conduct thorough ear evaluations to determine placement and offer styling advice.
• Monitor the customer experience and promptly resolve issues to uphold standards.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines to ensure sanitary piercings.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses welcome; pediatrics training helpful.
