• Ensure customer safety, comfort, and smooth care flow during piercing.
• Perform piercings with precision; evaluate ears for ideal placement.
• Educate on aftercare and Rowan's After Care for healing.
• Maintain sterile environment and proper sanitation of surfaces and instruments.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines to ensure sanitary care.
