📋 Description

• Perform ear piercings with safety, cleanliness, and precision.
• Use nursing skills to ensure client comfort and infection control.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care.
• Create a celebratory, reassuring experience during every piercing.
• Maintain sterile environment at the nurse station and on instruments.
• Monitor the customer experience and address issues to uphold clinical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses welcome (pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus).
