📋 Description

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences with clinical care and celebration.
• Ensure customer safety, comfort, and smooth care flow.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan After Care.
• Conduct ear evaluation for placement and offer personalized styling advice.
• Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and procedure tray.
• Mentor and train new nurses to uphold Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Eligible for body art license/registration per state/local law.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Open to all experience levels; newly licensed nurses welcome.
• Customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with interest in retail environment and sales goals.
