• Provide safe, clean ear piercing per Rowan clinical standards.
• Maintain sterile setup at nurse station and tray.
• Educate customers on aftercare and product benefits.
• Deliver celebratory customer experiences during piercings.
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for safety.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.
• Flexible schedule, including peak times.
• Open to all experience levels; pediatrics training a plus.
• Comfort working in a retail environment with sales goals.
