📋 Description

• Perform full-service turnovers of vacation rental homes following SOPs
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces and rooms
• Move and reset light furniture to access cleaning areas
• Replace linens and towels; restock consumables and guest amenities
• Stage and reset decor to property standards
• Remove trash and debris from home and property

🎯 Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and work independently
• Physically able to lift 25+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport to move between homes
• Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app to log tasks
