Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties to company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all surfaces; move furniture as needed to access hard-to-reach areas.
• Assist with laundry and linen; restock amenities; replenish consumables as needed.
• Identify damages or needed repairs; create maintenance tickets and report issues to the team.
• Maintain hot tubs as needed; on-site training provided.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners; meet housekeeping metrics and attend mandatory meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required; training provided.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable talking to people—online or in person; able to share information clearly and positively.
