Piecework Housekeeper

📋 Description

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties to standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean surfaces; move furniture as needed.
• Assist with laundry and linen; restock amenities; maintain hot tubs (training provided).
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets as necessary.
• Create welcoming environments for guests and owners; attend mandatory meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation, or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required — we train.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable talking to people and representing the company.
