🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completed ACGME residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• RI medical license or eligible for full licensure by hire.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical practice with demonstrated excellence.
• Excellent communicator and cross-disciplinary collaborator.
