π― Requirements
- MD or DO with active medical license; board certification preferred.
- Licensed in Michigan (ideally Minnesota) or dual licensure.
- 8+ years clinical experience with leadership in rural or underserved settings.
- Experience overseeing providers with strong documentation, CDI, and utilization management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Occasional travel to meet providers across the region.
