🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years with underserved populations ( homelessness, SMI/SUD, incarceration).
- Street medicine or community-based care experience.
- Familiarity with LA County medical and social resources.
- Comfort providing direct care in outdoor/field settings.
- Travel up to 75% with CA driver’s license.
- MD/DO; CA license; board eligibility; DEA; NPI; BLS.
License, Certification, and Registration Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Active, unrestricted California Physician & Surgeon license
- Board certification or eligibility
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
