🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years clinical experience serving underserved populations
- Street medicine or community-based care exposure
- Familiarity with Kern County resources for underserved populations
- Comfortable direct care in outdoor/field settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% with CA Driver’s License
