Physician Informatician (MD required)

📋 Description

• Analyze client clinical workflows to design AI-based interventions.
• Maintain interoperability layer; transform FHIR/HL7/CCDA to a common data layer.
• Design data layer for ML R&D and real-time clinical inference.
• Model, harmonize, normalize, and transform data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute informatics vision.
• Create documentation for internal/external informatics topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional Clinical Informatician with HIT workflow redesign and hospital launches (EPIC/Cerner).
• Adaptable and eager to learn; ML/UI/human-AI collaboration.
• Strong algorithmic thinking; Python; beginner SQL.
• Working knowledge of NLP methods.
• Understanding of healthcare standards/ontologies (FHIR, HL7, ICD10, CPT, RxNorm).
• MD/DO with residency; advanced informatics training (fellowships/masters/PhD) preferred.
