Design and implement care plans to support stability and outcomes.
Document encounters to maintain up-to-date patient records.
Travel up to 75% and work in outdoor, dynamic environments.
Provide clinical mentorship to care team.

🎯 Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Active California Physician & Surgeon license.
2+ years clinical experience with underserved populations.
Street medicine or community-based care experience.
Familiarity with Bay Area resources for underserved populations.
Board certification or eligibility; DEA registration (or eligibility).
