Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

🎯 Requirements

Active, unrestricted California PA License.
PANCE (Physician Assistant National Cert Exam) completed.
National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
DEA registration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Travel up to 75% with CA driver's license and insured vehicle.
