Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
Assist/observe patients during prescribed therapy; document responses.
Perform basic treatments, e.g., applying ice packs and heat pads.
Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change and launder linens.
Handle administrative tasks: patient intake, answering calls and scheduling appointments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
Proficient with computers; quick to learn new software.
