Physical Therapy Technician

📋 Description

• Unlicensed technician supervised by a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist/observe patients with prescribed therapy exercises and document responses.
• Perform basic treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change and launder linens.
• Administrative tasks: patient intake, answering calls and scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in the use of computers and learning new software.
